Interline Eligibility
• Employees of Airlines who are IATA/ARC appointed
• Retired employees of airlines currently in operation
• Parents of of active airline employees qualify for a separate room at interline rate only when traveling with employee on the same sailing.

Notes:
AMA Waterways may extend the discounted rates to family, friends of airline employees and/or military and government employees, sharing the same cabin with the airline employee, on a departure by departure basis.

Azamara Club Cruises

Interline Eligibility
• Employees of Domestic & International passenger airlines, currently in operation
• Employees of Federal Express, DHL / Airbourne & UPS
• Employees of GDS (Sabre, Worldspan, Galileo/Apollo or Amadeus)
• Spouse / Registered Domestic Partner & Parents of "eligible" employee (may travel without employee)
• Retired employees of Domestic & International passenger airlines currently in operation

Length of Employment
• Employee must be employed with the airline for minimum of (6) six months
prior to making the bookings and work a minimum of 15 hours per week
• Temporary, on-call intern and contract employees are not eligible

Notes:
• A second additional cabin may be booked for friends / family - as long as the first cabin booked is occupied by an eligible employee/spouse. A third cabin may be booked, but must be occupied by an eligible parent or dependent child. Parent(s) traveling without employee being present may only qualify for one (1) cabin.

Interline Eligibility

• Cargo Companies - FedEx, UPS, DHL, Airbourne (Retirees are not eligible)
• Employees of other Cruise Lines
• Employees of Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)
• Employees of National Air Traffic Controllers Association (NATCA)
• Employees of Worldspan, Sabre, Galileo & Amadeus
• Employees of International Air Transport Association (IATA)
• Employees of Airline Pilot's Association (ALPA) Members
• Employee's spouse are eligible to sail without the employee
• Employee's parents are eligible to sail without the employee
• Retired employees of airlines currently in operation
• Please Note: Employees of charter airlines and non-airline related subsidiary companies of the passenger airlines and Courier and Cargo company employees - are NOT eligible

Military Rate Program - Active US Military ONLY

• Spouses of active Military personnel called to active duty overseas will be eligible to book one cabin as long as the eligible spouse is occupying this cabin. The spouse must provide proof of eligibility by submitting a copy of the Military spouse card as well as a copy of the official orders and/or duties documentation
• US Reserve Personnel
• Active Cadets
• U.S Coast Guard Personnel
• Active member of the US National Guard
• Uniformed members of the USPHS (U.S Public Health Services)
• Retired US Military Personnel
• Retired member of the National Guard
• Veterans, defined as: Individuals who have actively served in the Military for at least two years or during a wartime period and have been honorably discharged

Notes:
• Eligible immediate family members may only book ONE cabin if the employee is NOT traveling
• Retired employees of existing airlines may book ONE cabin. The retired employee must be traveling in the cabin.
• At present time, FRIENDS & FAMILY RATES are available on selected sailings, but they must be booked through one of our agents, please contact us for details 800-298-8688.
• Military Personnel are permitted to book only ONE cabin at the Military Rate - Booking of any fare stated as "Interline" is not allowed and booking wiill be converted to current Military rate.


• IMPORTANT NOTICE: From time to time, Carnival may offer a special highly discounted interline rate (PLD). This rate is highly restricted to one room per "active/retired" airline employee - and employee must occupy the stateroom. If additional rooms are needed, please call for assistance.

Employee's specific position must be eligible for flight benefits through their employer to qualify.

Notes:

**Interline Rates with Holland America Line apply to U.S. and Canadian residents ONLY** If airline employee/retiree cannot provide proof of U.S. or Canadian residency, Holland America Line reserves the right to change rate to full retail pricing.

Retired employees of existing airlines may book ONE cabin. The retired employee must be traveling in the cabin.

Eligibility is as follows: Interline employee, defined as active and retired employees of IATA/ARC appointed international, regional, courier (FedEx Office (Orange Badge) and FedEx Ground (Green badge) employees are NOT eligible, FedEx Express (Purple badge) and FedEx Corporate (Grey badge) are eligible & cargo airlines (including retirees of defunct airlines) or air traffic controllers. Eligible family members are defined as spouses, parents, parents in law, and dependent children (as defined by the IRS) of the eligible employee. Eligible family members traveling without the Interline employee are approved for multiple staterooms at the Interline rate as long as there is an eligible family member in each stateroom.

Standard deposit and payment options apply. Single supplement: 200% inside/outside; 200% deluxe/veranda. 3rd/4th person rates: same as double occupancy rates, unless otherwise noted and are subject to actual stateroom availability. Interline rates apply to new bookings only. Conversion of existing bookings not allowed.

Once booking is confirmed and accepted, full payment is due and standard cancellation penalty applies. Interline reservations can be made by booking online or calling us directly at: (800) 298-8688.

In addition, Holland America requires proof of Interline Rate Eligibility immediately upon confirmation of your booking. Without proof of qualified interline eligibility, Holland America reserves the right to automatically adjust the price to the applicable retail rate prior to departure.

Once booking is confirmed, a photocopy of the eligible guests ID badge, or a letter from supervisor/human resources
department on airline letterhead confirming employment/retirement status, including employee number. Cruise is provided subject to the terms and conditions of the Cruise Contract. Ships’ Registry: The Netherlands.

• INTERLINE RATES APPLY TO USA AND CAN RESIDENTS ONLY.

Notes:
• If a qualified Interline Employee is traveling, they can bring friends along as well for the same interline price in a separate stateroom.
• Must be a new reservation booked within 90 days of sailing. Must be traveling with the qualified interline employee. Cannot cancel and re-book an existing reservation to get the interline discount rate. All other interline terms and conditions apply.
• Oceania Cruises required proof of Interline Rate Eligibility immediately upon confirmation of your booking. Without proof of qualified Interline Eligibility, Oceania reserves the right to automatically adjust the price to the applicable retail rate prior to departure.

Paul Gauguin Cruises

Notes:
The Interline Program rates apply to members of the active/retired interline community listed above and apply to only one cabin per eligible passenger, except that interline personnel traveling with a spouse and dependent children may request an additional cabin which will be confirmed at PGC's sole discretion.

Princess Cruises

Interline rates are special discounts for employees of both commercial and cargo airlines. They can only be booked through designated Interline Agencies.

Interline Participants are:
• Airline Employees* of Airlines who are IATA/ARC appointed
• Employee's Parents & Parents-in-law of airline employee
• Spouse of the airline employee
• Retired airline personnel and their spouses of airlines currently in operation
• Non-airline companions sharing accommodations
• Dependent children of airline employee**^

If the Airline Employee is deceased, the benefits of the Interline fare are still applicable as long as the appropriate verification ID can be obtained.

*As stated above, eligible participants must be employees of commercial or cargo airlines. For example, Sabre or Apollo employees are not eligible; these are not airlines although airline-related. Also, air traffic controllers are NOT eligible for the interline pricing either.

**^An employee's spouse; children who are unmarried and under age 21 years or who, regardless of age, are physically or mentally incapable of self-support, dependent parents, including step and legally adoptive parents of employees spouse; and dependent brothers and sisters, including step and legally adoptive brothers and sisters of the employee's spouse who are unmarried and under 21 years of age or who, regardless of age, are physically or mentally incapable of self-support.

Seabourn does NOT allow for the splitting of cabins. If both the employee and spouse are traveling they must share the same cabin. EXCEPTION TO ABOVE RULE: If you have a family of four (4) traveling and there are no quad cabins available, you may request 2 cabins. Permission is at the sole discretion of the Cruise Line.
